May 31st – Early Registration - Deadline for $100 Drawing for early registration
Wednesday, September 9th – 1st DAY of REUNION
Today everyone is on their own for Lunch, Dinner and Shopping
- 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Setting up of Teen Club “Alpine Room” (light snacks,beer/wine/pop will be available)
- 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Teen Club open
Thursday, September 10th – 2nd DAY OF REUNION
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel
- 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Registration begins
- 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Teen club open
- 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - We are on our own for lunch
- 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Teen club Jam session
- 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - 2009 Reunion Welcome & Introductions at Teen Club Pizza provided (DJ by Darlene Boucher)
Friday, September 11th – 3rd DAY OF REUNION
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel
- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Registration continues
- 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Teen club open
- 1100 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - We are on our own for lunch
- 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - King Ludwig’s Restaurant in Leavenworth (Beer Hall dinner with authentic German music)
- 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. – “Sock Hop” (DJ by Darlene Boucher)
Saturday, September 12th – LAST DAY OF REUNION
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel
- 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Board Meeting
- 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - General Meeting followed by Group & Class Photos, so bring your cameras
- 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Teen club open
- 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Registration continues
- 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - German meal provided at the Enzian’s “Continental Room”
- 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Final “Sock Hop” (DJ by Darlene Boucher)
Sunday, September 13th – DEPARTURE DAY
- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Breakfast buffet compliments of the hotel
- 11:00 a.m. - Check-out time
- 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. - Tear down Sunday
